  • We use it to contact you about your inquiry by phone, text, and email, and to run and improve our marketing.
  • We never sell your information. Your mobile number and your texting consent are never given to anyone else for their marketing.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Email us anytime to see, correct, or delete what we have.

This summary is for convenience. The full policy below is what applies.

1.Who We Are

Runovate LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Runovate," "we," "us," "our"), is a marketing and lead-generation agency for landscaping and lawn care companies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit runovate.net (the "Site"), submit an application, book a strategy call, or otherwise communicate with us.

The Site is directed at business owners and their teams, not at consumers or households.

2.Information We Collect

Information you give us

  • Application and booking details. When you complete the application on the Site or book a strategy call, we collect your mobile phone number, email address, and name, along with business information you choose to share, such as your company type, approximate annual revenue, crew size, and advertising budget readiness.
  • Communications. Records of the calls, text messages, and emails between you and Runovate.
  • Client information. If you become a client, we collect additional onboarding and billing information under a signed services agreement. That agreement, together with this policy, governs how we handle it.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data. IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and general (city-level) location, collected through cookies and similar technologies described in Section 6.
  • Browser storage. Your application answers are held temporarily in your browser's session storage so the form works step by step. They reach us when you submit your contact details.

3.How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your inquiry and to schedule, confirm, and prepare your strategy call.
  • To contact you about your application by phone, text message, and email, including fast follow-up after you apply.
  • To provide, operate, and improve our services and the Site.
  • To send you marketing about our services. You can opt out at any time.
  • To measure how the Site and our advertising perform.
  • To comply with law, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.

4.Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

By submitting your mobile phone number on the Site, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Runovate about your inquiry, including appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and related service information. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of becoming a client.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt out anytime: reply STOP to any message to cancel. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details in Section 13.
  • Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. The sharing described in Section 5 excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5.How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only:

  • With service providers that run our systems: CRM, scheduling, forms, messaging, video hosting, email, and analytics. This currently includes HighLevel (LeadConnector) for CRM, booking, and messaging; Wistia for video hosting; and Google for web fonts. If we enable analytics or advertising measurement (for example Google Analytics or Meta advertising tools), those providers process usage data for us as described in Section 6. Service providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
  • With professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants, where needed.
  • With authorities where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Runovate or others.
  • In a business transfer, where information may pass to a successor that must honor this policy.

None of the above permits any third party to use your mobile number or texting consent for their own marketing. See Section 4.

6.Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies from us and from the third-party services embedded in it, such as the video player and the booking widget. We may also use advertising pixels and tags (for example the Meta Pixel or Google tags) to measure our ads and build advertising audiences.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site works without most of them. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

7.Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, then delete or de-identify it. Records of communications and client engagements may be kept longer where we need them for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

8.Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9.Your Rights and Choices

  • Access, correction, deletion. Email us at [email protected] to request a copy of your personal information, correct it, or have it deleted. We will verify the request and respond as required by applicable law.
  • Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.
  • Text messages. Reply STOP at any time.
  • State privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as the right to know, correct, or delete personal information and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We honor these rights, including for California residents. We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by California law.

10.Where Information Is Processed

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and in other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. We take steps to protect personal information wherever it is processed.

11.Children's Privacy

The Site is for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12.Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and we will flag material changes on the Site.
